Making tsukudani seaweed

Making seaweed tsukudani this morning (^ ω ^)

One of the regular vegetable making that has been on holiday since March so that you can refrain from going out.
I started by reusing damp seaweed, but the homemade is delicious (^. ^)
If you add hawk claws and make it with a light taste, the taste and aroma of seaweed will be strong and you can enjoy the rice.
When we eat it, it's delicious again if we eat it with wasabi (^ ω ^)
It's also great for ochazuke ~~
